For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on non faulty items.
Please make sure you are 100% committed on your item before you make your purchase.
If you have received a faulty product, please attach photos of the item and send via email within 48 hours of receipt to email@example.com
No refunds or replacements can be given on products which have been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse.
We are not liable for any damage caused (e.g. wear and tear) once an item has been used.
Damage caused by careless conduct, such as heat exposure, sun damage, item being tarnished by using perfumes and strong body creams/oils. Any tarnishing or discoloration due to chemical contacts is not a fault within our product and must be avoided. Please read our Care for us page.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It is strongly advised to send the return via tracked delivery and proof of postage must be obtained.
