As all the products are hand made with love no products will be the same and each item will have its own uniqueness.

The metals will naturally tarnish over time but this is not a fault of the product. To ensure your accessories stay in the best condition we would ask you not to wear when swimming or bathing and to store out of direct sunlight or heat. 

Please note that any contact with perfume chemicals, cosmetics, water, body creams/oils, humidty, heat and direct sunlight will cause discolouration of the metals. 

Please store the item in a dark cool place and an air tight bag or box will help reduce tarnishing. 

These issues are not classed as manufacturing faults and can be avoided if you follow our Care for us information provided above.
